Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom Rules

Check out the venue’s rules before you head to the Aragon Ballroom for your next event.

Bag Policy

The Aragon Ballroom allows bags measuring up to 12” x 6” x 12”. Staff will search all bags before you enter the venue. Clear bags are not required, but bringing one may speed up the bag-searching process.

Cashless Payments

The Aragon Ballroom is a fully cashless venue. If you wish to purchase food and drinks, you’ll need to have a credit or debit card. The venue accepts all major credit cards.

Mobile Ticketing 

The Aragon Ballroom does not email tickets or make them available for print. It uses a mobile ticketing system that lets staff scan the paperless ticket on your phone. If you don’t have your phone or are having technical trouble with the device, staff will be on hand to help. Be ready to show your ID.

Age Restrictions 

Some events may have age restrictions. Minors are allowed to attend age-restricted events if accompanied by an adult guardian.

Lost and Found

If you lose an item while attending an event, email [email protected] or check the venue’s Lost and Found website.

The Aragon Ballroom does not allow the following items:

»  Spiked jewelry
»  Chains
»  Aerosol sprays
»  Signs larger than 8.5” x 11”
»  Blankets
»  Coolers
»  Cigarettes, including e-cigarettes and vapes
»  Camelbacks
»  Umbrellas
»  Professional camera equipment
»  Fireworks
»  Laser pointers
»  Bandanas
»  Outside food and drinks, including water bottles
»  Unmarked medication (prescription medication is allowed but must be in a marked container that matches the name on the owner’s ID)
