The Essex-based rock band has finally caved in to popular demand! Jumping off from their successful Europe tour, Nothing But Thieves has scheduled a second trip in North America for the "Welcome to the DCC" World Tour. Catch their Chicago gig at Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom on October 18, 2024, featuring guest band Sports Team.
With their newest album in their arsenal, Dead Club City, audiences can sing and dance to experimental funk edge blended with 80's influences, and left field sounds. Expect tracks like "Welcome to the DCC," "Is Everyone Going Crazy?" and "Tomorrow is Closed" to be performed on max volume in the show.
Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom, the host venue, is excited to bring nothing but amazing concert experience for those in attendance. The first leg of their North America Tour quickly sold out, so grab this chance to secure your tickets while you still can!
Songs? Nothing but Fantastic. Performance? Nothing but Phenomenal. Band? Well, they call themselves Nothing but Thieves---but they ARE incredible at stealing hearts.
Proudly produced by Live Nation, the chart-topper English band, Nothing But Thieves, will trek across 21 cities for the second leg of their "Welcome to the DCC" World Tour 2024 in North America. The tour with guest act Sports Team will kick off this October, with a most-awaited stop at Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom on October 18th.
Fresh off from their successful European Tour, Nothing But Thieves decided to touch down in the United States once more as a follow-up of their sold-out stints in the territory. The first part of their NA tour is their first ever tour in five years, and they were definitely missed.
The five-piece band placed their fourth and latest album, Dead Club City, front and center in the tour. Touted as "distinctly Nothing But Thieves, but with fresher, funkier twist and a concept album foundation" by Eleanor Noyce of Clash, audiences are pleasantly surprised at the incredible slice of futuristic rock and talent of the instrumentalists on full display.
The featured album's first single, "Welcome to the DCC" is the perfect dance-rock tune that gets everyone jumping and singing at the same time. The trippy visuals from the music video is transformed aesthetically in the live setting, building up in a groove with Connor's smooth, soft screams. You can also expect the band to rock out crowd favorites in the likes of "Is Everyone Going Crazy?" and "Tomorrow is Closed."
London-based alternative rock band Sports Team will drum up the hype before the main act. Their performance shifts any venue into a romanticized Middle England vibe mixed with idiosyncrasies. Rock your head as they perform popular tracks from their studio albums Deep Down Happy (2020), Gulp! (2022), and perhaps a teaser from their upcoming album, Boys These Days (scheduled to be released on 2025).
Witness Conor Mason (lead vocal/guitar), Joe Langridge-Brown (guitar), James Price (drums), Dominic Craik (guitar/keyboard), and Philip Blake (bass) in a theatrical concert at Byline Bank Aragon Ballroom. The venue boasts an intimate and aesthetically pleasing venue with state-of-the-art acoustics that immerses all concert-goers to the band's performance.
